- LED lights are up to 80% more efficient than traditional lighting. They draw less power than traditional lighting. LED lights convert 95% of energy into light and 5% is wasted as heat. Fluorescent lights convert 95% of energy into heat and 5% into light.
LED lighting can be used in many different locations around your house or in a commercial business. LED lighting can be used to light your countertop for cooking or reading recipes in your kitchen. They can be used to highlight a hallway, staircase, or bathroom.
