PWA were very helpful and super fast with getting power back to my house after it was shut off due to a hazardous electrical fault was discovered by Western Power. This happened over the weekend, however PWA suggested they come out on Monday to fix the issue to avoid me paying weekend rates and in the meantime offered to get someone out that night if I needed a source of temporary power, and although I knew this would be costly, I couldn’t pass it up! The guys came out Monday morning and by the end of the day our house was back in full power! I chose PWA based off of the Google reviews and I can say they do live up to their reputation.

The friendliness but professionalism in being open to my queries, helpfulness and then the stage of having to communicate with the members of the finance department was supportive and co-operative. Once again, the workmen provided effective but professionalism with the job (the neatness, productive installation and at the end the helpfulness and advice on completion of the job) were noted. Due to all of this, I am pleased and confident to return for your electrical services in the future and would have no hesitation in referring others. I am more than happy to have PWA Electrical Services on my contact list for future reference and thank them for a very productive experience.

Kurt and his partner Jaime were professional, friendly and polite. He informed me if any other work was required, ensuring I was aware of any additional cost. Cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The communication from PWA was exceptional, one of my pet hates is companies saying they’ll be at your job sometime between 11 and 5 and you waste most of your day waiting for them. PWA let me know exactly when they were arriving. The electrician PWA sent was Brad and he is a credit to the company. He not only performed the work I asked for but took the time to troubleshoot a couple of things and left the site spotless. I only ever leave reviews when I get above-average service and I’ll only use PWA from now on.
